IUF members spotlight company’s serial human rights offenses at Coca-Cola flagship store in Las Vegas
Several dozen union members talked to and shared informational leaflets with shoppers, tourists and Las Vegas residents describing The Coca-Cola Company’s ongoing human rights failures in Haiti, Indonesia, The Philippines, Ireland and the USA.
In conversation with the union members, customers and passersby expressed surprise at the contradiction between Coca-Cola’s claim to respect the human rights of the 700,000 workers in the global Coca-Cola system and the Company’s ongoing human rights failures.
