Gains in new collective agreement at Unilever Netherlands

After long, difficult negotiations the FNV has signed a new, one-year collective agreement retroactive to July covering 1,400 workers at Unilever in the Netherlands. The agreement provides a 2.5% wage increase (slightly above the national
average), increases paid paternity leave from 2 to 10 days, and creates
20 permanent positions at the Hellendorn ice cream factory from among
the non-permanent workforce.
