Pepsi is shutting down its warehouse operations in Dartmouth and Moncton, throwing 43 people out of work.
Armour Logistics of Moncton will take over the warehouse work.
Aside from a franchise bottling partner Cape Breton Beverage Ltd, the Burnside warehouse was the company’s only operation in Nova Scotia.
PepsiCo Beverages Canada spokesperson Sandy Lyver stated that the company will support affected employees by offering packages and comprehensive career transition support.
