Pay negotiations at Wigan St.Kitts, UK ended with 2,75% increase

Following two days of intensive negotiations at the largest H.J.Heinz production site, senior stewards of Unite the Union and the company have reached an agreement which will bring in to line the negotiation year with the new Company fiscal year which is now January to December. This 20 month deal covering the period of May 2014 to December 2015, with effect from 1st  January 2015 a 2.75% general increase will apply. 

Unite the Union members have approved the agreement by 72 percent vote in favor at the ballot, conveyed on May 23d.
