The CBA is the basis for a new era for a productive labour relations between Tekgida-Iş and Bel Karper.
In welcoming the signing of the agreement Tekgida-Iş President Mustafa Turkel commented: “We are proud to crown a long process with a collective bargaining agreement. We should appreciate and give a significant credit to the international solidarity organized by IUF for the outcome. And finally, those workers that supported their union through a long and difficult process should be praised for this.”
