Cargill and the IUF have made significant progress around issues that have been at the core of a long-running IUF campaign in support of the IUF’s affiliate Tekgıda-İş.
Cargill in Turkey has now recognized IUF-affiliated Tekgıda-İş, and negotiations towards a first collective agreement have started. Those negotiations will encompass issues that were an integral part of the IUF’s campaign.
Tekgıda-İş has expressed its great appreciation for the support shown by IUF affiliates throughout this long and difficult campaign.
