Pepsi To Lay Off About 50 People In Fresno

PepsiCo has confirmed rumors that layoffs are coming to the refurbishing facility in Fresno, California.

PepsiCo will close its refurbishing center at its Fresno beverages facility in the next several months. All associated work will move to a company facility in Las Vegas. While 50 employees will be dismissed, about 350 employees will still hold positions at the Fresno facility. PepsiCo has stated that the company is committed to providing support to affected employees.
